The IMPROVEMENT project, 'Integration of combined cooling, heating and power microgrids in zero-energy public buildings under high power quality and continuity of service requirements', framed in the Interreg Sudoe programme, has the general objective of converting existing public buildings into consumer buildings of almost zero energy through the integration of renewable energy microgrids with combined heat, cold and electricity generation, and storage systems.
